Refund policy

Return Policy


The Little Hippo will only except the return for a refund of products that are damaged, faulty or indisputably not produced as requested/contracted. Any issue with the item must be reported to The Little Hippo within thirty (30) days of receipt. This includes items posted back to us. All Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email The Little Hippo Co Ltd at victoriaedwardsphotography@live.co.uk with a detailed description of the issue you’ve experienced and supported by a photograph, or several, showing the damage to the product. 

In case of return, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS

After receiving your request and inspecting the issue, we will process your return. If the item is damaged or not up to quality, you will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

We will extend the return period for Christmas gifting only on items bought between 1st November and 20th December.
